A class entitled “Social Media for Natural Disaster Response and Recovery” will be held on March 13, 2013 at the Erma Byrd Higher Education Center in Beaver, WV.
This course will provide participants with the knowledge andskills of social media and its uses, as well as the current tools, methods, andmodels to properly make use of social media for crisis communication. Throughthe use of social media tools, participants will learn and master skills todisseminate information and monitor, track, measure, and analyze social mediatraffic.
